HOSPICE CARE
COMFORT CARE PACKAGE
The comfort care package is a service that allows our staff to work in conjunction with your Hospice Care provider. We are not contracted with an outside agency, so each resident is able to pick the Hospice provider of their choice. The fees associated with our Comfort Care Package are designed to be an all-inclusive option that encompasses all areas of care provided by our nursing and direct care staff at the end of life. This pricing structure provides families with the peace of mind that comes with a cost cap.

ATTENTION
Hospice care is purposeful attention of terminally ill patients physical, emotional, and spiritual needs at the end of life. The real goal of hospice care is comfort and quality of life through symptom and pain management. Hospice is a Medicare funded benefit meaning their loaned equipment, services, and support are billed to and paid for by an individuals Medicare Insurance Plan.
