. I have worked in a director role with Ebenezer Management Services for six years and have been managing senior living communities in Minnesota since 2013, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Apartments, and Memory Care Communities. I am originally from Wisconsin and am a Green Bay Packer fan, which conflicts with my Minnesota Vikings loving husband! We work through our sport team differences, and together are blessed to have two little girls who keep us quite busy. When I am not working or chasing after my girls, I love to cook for my family and friends.

Hello! I am the Director of Health Services here at our community. When I was young I was involved in an accident that left me hospitalized with providers who didn’t listen to my symptoms or manage them well.

It was that experience that drove me in to the healthcare field where I could not only care for others but also be an advocate when no one is listening. I have been with Ebenezer for three years; prior to this I have worked in a variety of settings including geri psych, homecare and correctional nursing. When I’m not at work I am a busy mom of 4 growing children, a wife, softball player and coach and church nursery volunteer.

Hello! I am the Culinary Director at our community. I have 28 years in food service and 6 years of supervising experience at the St. James hotel, the rest of my time has been in healthcare nursing home, hospital and assisted living in Red Wing at Deer Crest.

I was a house keeping supervisor which makes me recognize the cleanliness. I have a 13 and 12 year old sons and am happily married. I grew up in Red Wing but, last July moved to my husband’s family farm where we have beef cows, pig, rabbits, guinea pigs and the newest addition is 8 chickens. My two son’s help take care of all the animals. If I send you an email I will always sign off “always remember happy eating”!! I hope from our dinning experience that I will trigger a happy remembrance of something that their mom or another loved one made them when they were young.

I enjoy spending time outdoors gardening, boating and spending time with my 3 soon to be grandchildren. I am married and have 3 beautiful children. My husband and I enjoy traveling, motorcycling and spending time at our lake place in Northern Wisconsin.
